Management Team
James C. Collings, CEO
Mr. Collings joined the Company in February 2002 as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the
Company's Board of Directors. Prior to his joining Daw Tech, Mr. Collings was a founder and Managing Director
of Cornerstone Capital Group, LLC, a venture capital and leveraged buyout fund management company from March
1998 to February 2002. Mr. Collings has also held senior executive positions (specializing as a turnaround expert)
for several companies in Colorado and California, including Colorado Directory Company, LLC, Vanguard Alliance
Corporation, Tingley Homes, Inc., Graphics Information, Inc., and Kessler-Ehrlich Investments, Inc. Earlier in
his career, Mr. Collings was a Certified Public Accountant with Laventhol & Horwath (1983-1987) and Deloitte,
Haskins & Sells (1979-1983). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Utah
and a Master's degree in accounting from Brigham Young University.
Donald K. McCauley, CFO
Mr. McCauley joined the Company on April 8, 2002 as its Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his joining Daw Tech,
Mr. McCauley was Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Accom, Inc., from December 1998
to June 2001. Mr. McCauley has also held senior financial executive positions at Scitex, ImMIX, Inc., The Grass
Valley Group, Tektronix, Robert Bosch Corp. and Bell & Howell. He earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
from the University of Utah and an MBA from Northwestern University.
Pete J. Spransy, VP of Technologies
Peter J. Spransy is the vice president of technologies for Daw Tech. In his current role, Mr. Spransy is responsible for
the innovation, value engineering and document control of all Daw Tech products. Mr. Spransy also oversees all testing
and validation of new and existing Daw Tech products. Mr. Spransy joined the company in 1988 as a project architect.
He has also participated in sales, marketing, graphic design and served as Product Director for ceilings while at Daw Tech.
Prior to his employment at Daw Tech, Mr. Spransy was a project architect for FFKR Architects in Salt Lake City, UT
Lance Howell, VP-Sales & Marketing
Lance T. Howell is the vice president of Sales & Marketing for Daw Tech. Mr Howell has been with Daw Tech for over 12 years.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Howell held positions of Director of Strategic Planning and Regional Manager for the
company. Before joining Daw Tech he was employed as an Institutional Investment Officer for Zions Bank, Investment
Division in Salt Lake City, UT. He earned a bachelor's degree in economics and an MBA from the University of Utah.
